State to Send Support to Dallas Police in Fight Against Violent Crime

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott announced state helicopters, planes and Texas Rangers are being directed to help Dallas police in the fight against the spike in violent crime. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports this comes after Mayor Eric Johnson spoke out about crime and called the governor’s office.
