Sexual Harassment by Generation

The jury that found Bill Cosby guilty at his sexual assault retrial said the MeToo movement had nothing to do with their decision. Rather, they said they were *only* influenced by what happened in court. If that’s the case…then what has the me too movement changed? Are women reporting sexual harassment more often? Are they being taken more seriously? Multiple employment attorneys in the DFW area tell us they are seeing an uptick in the number of calls from women, but that almost all of the calls are from younger women, fairly new to workforce. They told us millennials report behavior that baby boombers tolerated. We wanted to understand why, so we put together a group of women from both age groups to have a candid conversation.
