Pool Company Doesn't Pay Subcontractor; Family Faces Lien on Home

We brought you the story last week of a Rowlett woman whose backyard project was abandoned by a local contractor. They paid him more than $54,000, but were told they wouldn’t get a refund because the company has gone bankrupt. Now, they have a lien on their home from the subcontractors who were never paid.
