Raw: 18-Wheeler Gets Caught on Power Lines in Irving

An 18-wheeler which went through a “no truck” zone in Irving Monday night caught onto utility lines in the 400 block of Fleming Avenue. Four utility poles knocked down. Two restaurants nearby were without power. No other information was available.
