Puppy Bowl on NBC 5 Today Predicts Super Bowl Winner; Adoptable Dogs From Fort Worth Participating

Puppies from Fort Worth Animal Care and Control raced Friday morning, each representing either the Los Angeles Rams or the New England Patriots.

What's better than dogs and football? NBC 5’s Puppy Bowl on NBC 5 Today and Facebook Live Friday morning predicted the winners for Sunday's Super Bowl LIII.

The puppies and big dogs each had their own race; the puppies predicted that the Los Angeles Rams will win and the big dogs predicted the New England Patriots will win.

The precious dogs from Fort Worth Animal Care and Control raced, each representing either the Los Angeles Rams or the New England Patriots.

Each team of puppies or adult dogs will wear colors representing each football team.

The pups were from Fort Worth Animal Care and Control, which needs the public's help with adoptions.

A Puppy Bowl adoption special has lowered adoption fees to $10 at all locations from Feb. 1 to Feb. 3.

Adoption fees include an initial medical examination, rabies vaccination, city license, micro-chip and spay/neuter services.
