Dallas police investigators pulled a stolen car out of a creek located off Forest Lane and Audelia Road Monday afternoon, police say.
A woman who was driving by said she saw the car go into the water and said that the lights and windshield wipers were on, but she didn't see anyone climb out before the car sank.
Police searched inside the vehicle, but did not find any victims.
The plates on the vehicle are registered to a man in Cibolo, Texas.
Police are investigating the incident.
