Police Leadership Decisions and Investigation Questioned

The murder charges against former Dallas Police officer Rise first brought questions about the actions of former Police Chief U. Renee Hall and then actions by new Chief Eddie Garcia were attacked Wednesday. But Dallas Police say the investigation will continue despite a judge dismissing the charges Wednesday.
