Police Investigate Deadly Shooting on RL Thornton Freeway

A 16-year-old is dead after what police are calling a road rage shooting on the service road of East RL Thornton Freeway. NBC 5’s Alanna Quillen reports it happened just after 9 p.m. Tuesday in far Northeast Dallas.
