Plan to rename Jim Miller Road draws criticism

There’s a plan in Dallas to rename Jim Miller Road in honor to Santos Rodriguez, a 12-year-old boy murdered by a Dallas police officer 50 years ago. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports supporters say it would help raise awareness of that crime, while opponents say the road in Pleasant Grove far from where the crime occured is not the right place for the honor.
