A Flash Flood Watch remains in effect for most all North Texas counties as more rain is in the forecast Sunday.

A Tornado Warning was briefly issued for Tarrant and Denton counties Sunday at 2:27 a.m. However, no actual tornado was spotted.

-Irving/Dallas Border: California Crossing Road is closed to all traffic. Two men in an SUV were swept away by rising flood waters and had to be rescued.

-Arlington: Around 3:30 a.m., Arlington PD tweeted a picture of a flooded street in the 1300 block of Abram Street and advised drivers to avoid the area.

-Lewisville: The Emergency Manager for Denton County reported temporary road closures on corporate, Old Orchard and South Valley due to high water on the roads and stalled cars.

-Irving: An NBC DFW crew took video of several cars stuck in high water at North Belt Line Road and Grande Bulevar.

-Irving: Roof damage is reported to a business near State Highways 114 and 161.

-Dallas: A Flood Warning was issued for White Rock Creek at Greenville Avenue until late Sunday evening.

-Keene: Johnson County Precinct 4 reporting CR 704C closed just off FM 2280 in Keene due to pavement washout- utilize 807 until fixed.
