Oath Keepers Leader Hopes to Be Released Pending Trial

Stewart Rhodes of Granbury is charged with seditious conspiracy for his alleged role in the Jan. 6, 2021 attack on the U.S. Capitol. NBC 5’s David Goins reports a judge says she will rule likely in the next day or two whether to release the leader of the Oath Keepers from jail while he awaits trial.
