NTTA, TxDOT Treating Roads Ahead of Possible Wintry Weather

Threat of winter weather has Texas Department of Transportation and North Texas Tollway Authority preparing for the possibility of a wintry/rain mix Thursday. The NTTA tells us their crews have started getting on the roads and placing brine ahead of the storms.
