North Dallas neighborhood concerned about homeless encampment

It’s not uncommon in to see North Texans facing homelessness asking for help in public places. But NBC 5’s Vince Sims reports residents in a Dallas neighborhood near Forest and Central Expressway say the city needs to do something about a nearby homeless encampment
