New Tunnel Boring Machine Worries Some Dallas Neighbors

Dallas City Leaders Tuesday celebrated the new boring machine which is ready to go to work on the long awaited Mill Creek Drainage Relief Tunnel. Some residents said the project has already disrupted their neighborhood.
