New deck parks coming to North Texas

Four new parks are on their way to the metroplex. Like Klyde Warren Park in downtown, they will be over area freeways. Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg came to Dallas Thursday morning to detail the plans. NBC 5’s Phil Prazan reports from southern Gateway Park.
