New Dallas Zoo CEO looks to future after troubled incidents

It’s been a year since a series of shocking incidents that included the case of 25 year-old Davion Irving who was charged with stealing two monkeys. This week the DA’s office requested the case be dismissed because prosecutors say Irvin is incompetent to stand trial. Now the zoo is moving forward with big plans for the future and a new CEO.
