New Dallas park in Cadillac Heights may help boost neighborhood

A big new Dallas park is coming in a neighborhood where the city bought homes that were inundated by past flooding. Cadillac Heights is near the Trinity River but a new river levee is also coming to control future floods. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports the park may be a catalyst for a new neighborhood.
