NCTCOG Reports 911 Service Outage in 13 North Texas Counties; Network Stabilized

The North Central Texas Council of Governments says they’ve stabilized their network and are returning their 43 call centers to normal operations one at a time after an outage dropped 911 service in 13 North Texas counties Wednesday.
