NBC 5 Receives Honor for Clear The Shelters Event

This weekend NBC 5 received an honor for helping pets find forever homes. But we know it couldn’t happen without our viewers and our participating shelters! The nationwide pet adoption initiative “Clear The Shelters” started right here in North Texas. We take you to San Diego for the “Petco Foundation’s annual awards gala” where a woman who works tirelessly ‘behind the scenes’ of NBC 5 accepted the award.
