More of Texas is Reopening, Except Bars, Frustrated Owners React

With coronavirus cases trending in the right direction in Texas, Governor Abbott is ordering additional reopenings across the state. There’s one big exception… bars. The governor said bars are still too much of a risk to spread the virus. Frustrated bar owners are sounding off. NBC 5’s Maria Guerrero reports.
