Moncrief Busts His Bum

Fort Worth Mayor Mike Moncrief’s attempt to practice rappelling went really wrong Thursday afternoon, he wasn’t injured, and made a second successful attempt. On June 23, Moncrief will rappel 26 stories down the east side of the XTO Building at 714 Main Street.
