Aggies Cater Thanksgiving Dinner Aboard International Space Station

Texas A&M is going out of this world this Thanksgiving. The A&M Space Food Research Facility prepped and shipped more than 50 items to astronauts onboard the International Space Station. The team of Aggies has been doing the job for the past nine years — making about 40 percent of the highly-sterilized food for the astronauts in partnership with NASA.
