Metrocare's Hillside Innovation Center to expand Dallas County's mental health services

A tremendous upgrade in capacity and atmosphere is on the way for the Dallas County’s mental health agency called Metrocare. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff reports it’s an entirely new campus on Westmoreland Road replacing a psychiatric hospital from the 1940s.
