Medical Schools See Record Number of Applicants, Specifically in Black and Latino Students

While there has been distrust of the medical community among minority communities going back decades. But there has been a notable increase in the number of Black and Latino students apply to become doctors. NBC 5’s Sophia Beausoleil takes a look at the reasons for the trend.
