Marcus High School students are showing their support for a Japanese middle school effected by the recent earthquakes.
The students have prepared over 2,000 paper crans to send to the Nuharu Village Middle School in Japan as a sign of peace and support for the area.
The cranes are also a way for Marcus High to say thank you for the generosity they were shown when the Nuharu Village school sent cranes to Marcus after the 9/11 terror attacks.
The paper cranes Nuharu Village Middle School sent to Marcus are still on display as a large mobile in the school's library.
