Man, 22, Charged After Two HS Students Found Dead

Cullen Marino, 22, has been charged with two counts of criminally negligent homicide. Kyle McNutt and Chase Nunez were found dead, from what appears to be an overdose, at Marino’s Grapevine home Saturday morning.
