One person has been arrested after a standoff with police for six hours in Collin County.
Police were called to the home in a subdivision in Lavon early Saturday morning.
Lavon Police Chief Mike Jones said it was a domestic dispute that turned violent and resulted in a six-hour standoff, ending at about 10 a.m.
The standoff ended peacefully when one man was placed into police custody. His identity has not been released at this time.
