Legislature Ignores Pool Safety Recommendations

Forty-one Texas children have died so far this year after drowning, and nearly half those deaths occurred in a residential and apartment pool. Yet, NBC 5 Investigates Consumer Unit has learned that at the state level, Texas has little legislation to protect children.
