Lawmakers to make major recommendations in wake of Texas Panhandle fire

A select group of lawmakers is exploring what happened weeks ago in the Texas Panhandle, after the largest fire in state history burned more than a million acres. On May 1, they will deliver a report with major recommendations. NBC 5’s Phil Prazan reports much of it will impact taxpayer pocketbooks.
