Jury reaches verdict in Tony Timpa wrongful death civil trial

A verdict has been reached in the death of a man in police custody. Tony Timpa died 7-years ago when he called 911 saying he was mentally ill and needed help. Officers arrived and held him face-down to the ground for 14 minutes. NBC 5’s Katy Blakey has the story.
