Immigrant Citizen Voter Numbers on the Rise

The number of naturalized immigrant citizen voters has about doubled since 2000 and now those voters make up about one out of every ten eligible voters across the country. In Texas, republicans and democrats say attracting these voters is key to the 2020 election as well as future elections. Obed Manuel from The Dallas Morning News joins NBC 5 to share more.
