Hundreds of DISD Teachers Face Non-Renewal

Letters sent before spring break notified more than 200 teachers in the Dallas ISD that they are on the chopping block. Reasons for the non-renewal vary and include performance, classroom sizes shrinking, and plans to shut down 11 schools in DISD next fall.
