Highland Hills Apartment Resident Digs Through Rubble; First Lawsuit Filed

While a Highland Hills Apartment resident took it upon himself to dig through the rubble to find his belongings, the first lawsuit has been filed against ATMOS Energy by a man who worked at the complex.
