Help on Hold: New Dallas police chief discusses slow response times at first public safety briefing

New Dallas Police Chief Daniel Comeaux pledged to examine how the department prioritizes emergency calls and how to free up more officers to handle incoming calls. NBC 5 senior investigative reporter Scott Friedman was at the briefing as part of his ongoing series Help on Hold.
