Heavy Rainfall Leads to Full Lakes as Summer Approaches

May has started out very wet. And there is still more rain to come as we head into the upcoming weekend. All of that heavy rainfall has resulted in all of the North Texas lakes being full, or in many cases, well above normal pool conservation level. And that is good news as we head towards summer.
