West Houston Quiet Friday as Harvey Makes Landfall

Houston was quiet on Friday night as residents paid attention to warnings about Hurricane Harvey. The storm made landfall 180 miles away near Rockport, but tornado warnings were up in the Houston area Friday night as outer bands of the storm spawned heavy thunderstorms.
