Dallas Officer Keenan Blair Rendered Aid to Botham Jean, Said Shooting Was ‘Dynamic' Situation

One of the first police officers to arrive at Botham Jean’s apartment following Amber Guyger’s 911 call performed CPR on the victim but also said the shooting was a dynamic situation and that he couldn’t be certain what he might have done if he engaged a suspected intruder while alone.
