Grand Prairie Citizens on Patrol Recognized with Top Honors Again

For the second consecutive year, Grand Prairie’s Citizens on Patrol took home the ‘Best Large Agency’ honors at the Texas Citizens on Patrol Association State Convention. The COP unit also won the best cop vehicle, Thomas Windhan COP of the Year, and COP Coordinator of the Year recognitions.
