Gov. Abbott Reflects on Legislature's Special Session

Gov. Greg Abbott says the state of Texas is better off because of the special session that just concluded. Although just 10 of the 20 items he called a priority actually made it to his desk, Abbott touted the crackdown in mail-in ballot fraud and money for retired teachers in an interview Thursday.
