Gov. Abbott Authorizes State Forces to Apprehend, Transport Migrants to Border

Gov. Abbott is taking a big step to address the surge of migrants crossing the Texas border. He’s authorizing the National Guard and state police to round up undocumented immigrants — and return them to the nearest official border crossing. Experts say that’s illegal. Scott Gordon reports.
