Still No Sentence in Garland Clerk Murder Trial

A Dallas jury deliberated most of the day Thursday but didn’t hand down a sentence for Matthew Johnson. He was found guilty of capital murder for dousing 76-year-old Nancy Harris with lighter fluid and setting her on fire, she died days later.
