Alarming Increase in North Texas Drownings This Year

A 4-year-old in Dallas is the latest tragedy adding to the alarming increase in drownings reported this year. The president of the Fort Worth Drowning Prevention Coalition says most drownings don’t happen in swimming pools and that life jackets and adult supervision can help prevent most drownings.
