Fort Worth Man Stars on ‘My 600 Lb Life'

A North Texas man who starred in “My 600 Lb. Life” is sharing his 400 lb weight loss journey. At his largest, Chad Dean of Fort Worth weighed 701 lbs. With the help of gastric surgery, Dean is down to 280 lbs. He spoke with TODAY Show Anchor Craig Melvin about how he did it.
