Forgotten Ground

Just outside the heart of Downtown Dallas, sits 60 acres that are home to centuries worth of the city’s history. Oakland Cemetery opened in 1892 and became the final resting place for notable North Texans. More than 200 years later, volunteers are fighting to save the neglected property. Photojournalist Mark Muller explores what’s being done to preserve this piece of Dallas history.
