First Responders Prepare for Continuing Flood Threat

All of North Texas is likely to face severe storms and continued heavy rain. NBC 5’s Katy Blakey reports first responders are preparing for the threat and asking drivers to think twice about driving in the rain, especially when it’s dark and it’s hard to see water over the road.
