Family Sues for Wrongful Death After Healthcare Worker Dies From COVID-19

A Nacogdoches family is suing, claiming their mother contracted COVID and blames her employer for her death. The lawsuit claims Monica Montgomery was working in a senior care facility and wasn’t told a resident she was sitting with had tested positive for COVID. It’s a claim the company denies.
