Family Pleads for Help Finding Missing Waxahachie 79-Year-Old

A North Texas family is pleading for help to find a missing elderly man with dementia. A Silver Alert is active right now for Leverne Berry. He has been missing for six days after walking away from his Waxahachie home on August 7th. The 79-year-old has ties to South Dallas and family says it’s possible he may have tried to walk to his former home in the Oak Cliff area.
