Family mourns loss of man run over by tow truck in Dallas

We’re hearing from the family of a man run over while trying to stop his car from being towed. The family can’t imagine how something they call a misunderstanding ended in tragedy. The driver is in jail. NBC 5’s Sophia Beausoleil has more.
