Experienced Candidates Vie for Rep. Helen Giddings' District 109 House Seat

For the first time in 26 years, there will be a new state representative in district 109, the seat currently held by Helen Giddings. There is a runoff between two democrats, and whoever wins will go to Austin. There is no republican on the ballot.
