‘Affluenza' Teen Drops Mexico Appeal, to Return to U.S.

The Tarrant County District Attorney’s office says Ethan Couch, who used an “affluenza” defense in a fatal drunken-driving accident, has dropped an appeal against deportation and will return to Texas to face charges.
